How we work together
Are you continually giving out to others, leaving little space to attend to what may be stirring within you?
Counselling offers a place to pause, to speak honestly, and to give attention to what may be asking for care in your life. This is time set aside for you, away from roles, responsibilities, and expectations, to listen more closely to what matters now.

A place to begin
You do not need to arrive with clarity or a well-defined problem. Some women come with a specific concern; others come with a sense of weariness, restlessness, or something unresolved they cannot quite name.
We begin with what feels most present for you. Sessions are calm, focused, and unhurried.
You are invited to speak freely, at your own pace. Listening comes first, before interpretation, advice, or direction.

Faith and care
Grounded by faith in Jesus, we intentionally invite the Holy Spirit to be present as we listen, reflect, and discern together.
There is no expectation to use spiritual language or to present yourself in a particular way. Faith here is attentive, respectful, and spacious.
Our work together is covered in prayer, both before and after each session, entrusting what is shared to God’s care and wisdom.

An unfolding journey
Over time, the voice of God will become clearer; we are in a process together.
We develop trust and examine patterns, what may be constraining you, and what healing and freedom could look like in this season of your life.
We are not looking for quick answers; we follow a pace that feels safe and truthful.
My aim is to help you walk into everything God has for your life.
