Freedom and healing.

Christian counselling for women who are

seeking clarity and direction.

“I can’t quite explain it, but something’s off.”
"I should be coping better than this."
"Why does this still feel unresolved?"

It can be difficult to name what feels unsettled. You may love God and be committed to your faith, or be searching for where God is in your situation, and still sense that something inside needs attention. Life continues, and from the outside things may look ok, while underneath familiar patterns return or weariness grows.

Women often hold these questions quietly. We are strong for others and we meet our responsibilities. We all need safe spaces to share our confusion; to ask for God's guidance and address any shame or offence that is taking root. We need a soft place to be open and to be heard.

I offer a calm, confidential space to slow down; to listen together for what God may be gently bringing to light. My approach is grounded in Christian faith and Gods word, attentive to your story, and guided by the Holy Spirit through prayer and careful listening, without pressure or judgement.

Let's walk together and allow God to bring you into His rest.

What to expect

We begin where you are, with whatever feels present. There is no pressure to  know where to start or have everything laid out. We are not in a hurry.

What you share is held in confidence. I respond with care, never with judgement. Together we will listen to what God is saying, and you are not rushed to conclusions.

My approach is rooted in Christian faith. We invite the Holy Spirit to guide us as we listen to your story and attend to what may be shaping your life. Faith is not something you need to perform or explain.

Some people come with a clear concern, and others sense that something needs attention but cannot yet name it. Both are welcome. Over time, clarity often emerges as there is space to reflect and listen for God’s leading.
